Zoe Fudge-Ajadi – Director of BRIGHT

I’m registered deafblind, but deafblind is not all that I am!  There is so much I can do despite the challenges that deafblindness can bring.  With this project I hoped to show people the positive BRIGHT lives we lead, and to encourage our families, friends and allies how to best support us.

Vicki Ashmore – Assistant Director of BRIGHT

I have been involved with BRIGHT since it was only a dream in Zoe’s mind! I knew that I wanted to do something to make a positive difference in this world. Now I’m so happy to volunteer as Assistant Director and be part of this wonderful deafblind family.

Macalla Craske – Assistant

Honoured to be an assistant for BRIGHT. Supporting Zoe and Vicki in creating a positive and welcoming place for deafblind and friends gives me life. You will see me hanging out at the coffee mornings and events and doing what I can to help.

David Jones – Treasurer

It’s a honour for me to participate in BRIGHT as Honorary Treasurer. I’m deafblind with a positive attitude, and I believe we can aim to achieve success in London and the South East. I look forward to working with the committee organising events, and I know BRIGHT will continue to drive forward and be a successful group for years to come.

Lynda Zissell – Volunteer

I am an occasional volunteer for BRIGHT events and when work allows, I attend the coffee mornings too. I’ve been a helper for few years now and really have enjoyed the company of this inspirational group and have experienced lots of adventures with them.

Daiva Bucinskaite – Volunteer

I love to support BRIGHT deafblind by helping at fundraisers and other events. I am always looking forward to finding new ways to support this wonderful group.

John Barry – Volunteer

I am the unofficial Bromley driver and longtime supporter of this lovely group of friends called BRIGHT. Supporting them means the world to me and I’m happy to be involved.
